At Horpach, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a transparent, customer-focused shopping experience. Due to the nature of our products, fulfillment structure, and safety considerations, all sales are considered final, subject to the limited exceptions described in this policy.

As a result, certain handling, safety, hygiene, and resolution procedures may vary depending on the supplier and product type.


3. Final Sale Policy

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

  • We do not accept returns of opened, used, or tampered products
  • We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, preference-based returns, or incorrect ordering by the customer
  • Products purchased on horpach.com are considered final sale

These measures help ensure product integrity, safety, and quality for all customers.


4. Eligible Claims (Reviewed Case-by-Case)

We understand that issues may occur. The following situations may qualify for review:

  • Incorrect item received
  • Product was defective upon arrival
  • Order was lost in transit (confirmed by the carrier)

5. Claims & Supplier Policies

Certain product claims, returns, and resolutions may be subject to supplier-specific handling, safety, and hygiene policies due to the fulfillment model used.

Horpach remains the primary point of contact for all customers and actively oversees each claim to ensure it is reviewed fairly and resolved as favorably as reasonably possible for the customer, while remaining compliant with applicable supplier conditions and U.S. consumer protection laws.

At no point is the customer required to contact the supplier directly.


6. Resolution Approach

Due to safety, hygiene, and logistical considerations, physical returns are generally not required.

Where applicable, resolutions may include:

  • Replacement of the item
  • Store credit or shopping credit
  • Partial or full discount on a future purchase
  • Other appropriate compensation based on the nature of the claim

Monetary refunds are issued only when legally required or when no reasonable alternative resolution is available.

The method of resolution is determined on a case-by-case basis.


7. Return Shipping

  • Products are generally not required to be returned
  • If a return is exceptionally authorized, detailed instructions will be provided
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed

Failure to report within this timeframe may void eligibility.


9. Shipping Delays

Shipping timeframes provided are estimates only. Delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other external factors do not automatically qualify for refunds.


10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

We maintain delivery confirmation and transaction records for all orders. Unresolved disputes or abusive behavior may result in account restrictions or refusal of future service.


11. Policy Abuse & Fraud Prevention

Horpach reserves the right to refuse claims, compensation, or future orders in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or repeated unreasonable claims.
